Commercial wholesale pricing structures are calculated strictly based on volume brackets per individual release. Orders falling below 20 total units across all formats are classified as Small-Batch orders and are subject to standalone tier pricing.

To secure manufacturing allocation at the pressing plant and lock in batch pricing, a 50% non-refundable deposit of the item subtotal is required upfront. Production, stock allocation, and test-pressing privileges will not be initiated until the deposit invoice is cleared.

Due to fluctuating international manufacturing queues, raw material costs, and currency exchange rates, all itemized invoices and pricing quotes are valid for exactly 14 calendar days from the date of issue. Expired quotes are subject to automatic cancellation or market reassessment.

Once the 50% non-refundable deposit has been settled, the order quantities are locked with the manufacturing facility. Any client-initiated changes, reductions, or structural modifications to quantities or formats thereafter are subject to a $50.00 USD administrative reprocessing fee, plus any additional plant-level adjustment costs.

The remaining 50% balance plus all calculated international shipping, freight, and handling fees must be paid in full prior to cargo dispatch. Shipment tracking numbers will be provided upon freight release.

All wholesale shipments are dispatched on an Ex-Works (EXW) or Delivery At Place (DAP) basis. Local import clearance, Value-Added Tax (VAT), and destination customs duties are the sole legal and financial responsibility of the importing distributor upon cargo arrival at the destination port.
